1. Can I see a preview of my design before it's cut?
Absolutely. We provide digital design proofs for every custom order. This allows you to verify the font style, scale, and color layout against a mockup of your window or vehicle. We don't start the production process until you are 100% satisfied with the visual "look" of your graphics.

2. What color is best for window lettering visibility?
White is the best choice for storefront glass. Because windows usually appear dark or reflective from the outside, white vinyl provides the highest contrast and maximum readability for passing traffic.

3. Can I install the lettering myself? (DIY)
Yes. We specialize in Ready-to-Apply (RTA) kits. We provide the same industrial-grade masking and transfer tape used by professionals, making DIY installation on windows, trucks, or boats simple and bubble-free.

4. What is "Pre-Spaced" Vinyl Lettering?
It is a professional method where individual letters are cut, "weeded" (excess vinyl removed), and held in place by a carrier sheet (transfer tape). This allows you to apply an entire line of text or a logo perfectly straight in one single application.

5. Can you work with my existing company logo or artwork?

7. What surfaces will the vinyl NOT stick to?
Vinyl requires a non-porous, smooth surface. It works perfectly on glass, aluminum, and painted steel. It will not adhere well to raw wood, heavy textured plastics, or "greasy" surfaces like silicone.

8. Can you match my existing company branding and colors?
We carry a massive inventory of pigmented vinyls, including gloss, matte, metallic, and reflective finishes. We can match your corporate identity to ensure 100% brand consistency across your fleet and storefront.

9. Does vinyl lettering leave a "Ghost Image" after removal?
On vehicles or surfaces exposed to years of direct sunlight, the paint around the vinyl may fade slightly due to UV exposure, while the paint under the lettering remains protected. When the vinyl is eventually removed, this can result in a "ghosting" effect where the original paint color appears brighter than the rest of the surface. This is a natural result of long-term weathering and UV exposure.
