1. Can I see a preview of my design before it's cut?
Absolutely. We provide digital design proofs for every custom order. This allows you to verify the font style, scale, and color layout against a mockup of your window or vehicle. We don't start the production process until you are 100% satisfied with the visual "look" of your graphics.

2. Do you offer multi-color logos or just single-color lettering?
We do both! For maximum longevity and a "painted-on" look, we recommend Precision Cut Vinyl in single or layered colors. For complex, multi-color branding and photos, we provide High-Definition Printed Decals. While cut vinyl offers the absolute best UV resistance, our printed solutions are perfect for detailed graphics that require a full-color spectrum.

3. Can I install the lettering myself? (DIY)
Yes. We specialize in Ready-to-Apply (RTA) kits. We provide the same industrial-grade masking and transfer tape used by professionals, making DIY installation on windows, trucks, or boats simple and bubble-free.

4. What is "Pre-Spaced" Vinyl Lettering?
It is a professional method where individual letters are cut, "weeded" (excess vinyl removed), and held in place by a carrier sheet (transfer tape). This allows you to apply an entire line of text or a logo perfectly straight in one single application.

5. Can you work with my existing company logo or artwork?
Yes. We specialize in vector conversion, taking your existing digital logo and optimizing it for our precision cutting systems. We ensure that every curve and detail of your brand is captured perfectly, resulting in a sharp, "painted-on" look that is far superior to standard printed stickers.

6. How do I know what size my lettering should be?
Visibility is key. We provide expert scaling consultations to ensure your graphics are legible from the desired distance. Whether it's a 2-inch door decal or a massive 4-foot storefront logo, we calculate the optimal proportions based on your specific mounting surface to ensure your brand has maximum "stop-and-look" power.

7. What surfaces will the vinyl NOT stick to?
Vinyl requires a non-porous, smooth surface. It works perfectly on glass, aluminum, and painted steel. It will not adhere well to raw wood, heavy textured plastics, or "greasy" surfaces like silicone.

8. Can you match my existing company branding and colors?
We carry a massive inventory of pigmented vinyls, including gloss, matte, metallic, and reflective finishes. We can match your corporate identity to ensure 100% brand consistency across your fleet and storefront.

9. Does vinyl lettering leave a "Ghost Image" after removal?
On vehicles or surfaces exposed to years of direct sunlight, the paint around the vinyl may fade slightly due to UV exposure, while the paint under the lettering remains protected. When the vinyl is eventually removed, this can result in a "ghosting" effect where the original paint color appears brighter than the rest of the surface. This is a natural result of long-term weathering and UV exposure.
